Restaurante Litoral has taken the classical line on Macanese food and transformed it into a fine dining experience. The restaurant is tastefully decorated with wooden beams, blue and white tiles and beautiful dried flower arrangements. Here you will find the dishes that graced the tables of Macanese homes when entertaining friends to special dinners. A shrimp soup cleverly served in bread roll, duck subtly flavoured with herbs, luxurious curried shrimps with crabmeat and pork flavoured with tamarind, for dessert a luscious concotion called Molotov – a soft explosion of egg soufflé in a creamy sauce.
